Lost or Missing Packages
Once your order leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Novo Light is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
For complete peace of mind, we recommend purchasing our optional Shipping Protection Plan at checkout. Without this plan, lost or stolen packages will not qualify for a free reshipment or refund.
Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes — Novo Light ships worldwide.

Order Changes & Cancellations
All changes or cancellations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, modifications are not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety, opened or used devices are non-returnable.

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
